The Firm was founded in 1990 by Mr. Oscar H. Gamez CPA in Ontario California to address the need for professional accounting, audit and other at test services for the growing business community of the Inland Empire and now with the advent of the internet also provide services for the business community of southern California.

Our high standards for quality services has enabled the Firm for perform successful audits, reviews and other attest and tax services for a wide array of clients but now primarily serving Not-For-Profit Organizations and Construction Contractors.

Our business model is to specialize in certain business sectors to address their specific needs therefore enabling the firm to provide high quality targeted professional services at extremely competitive rates. Most services are primarily provided by a Certified Public Accountant with over 33 years of public accounting experience culminating in efficient engagements which provide productive recommendations for the clients served.

Since its inception in 1990, the firm has successfully undergone triennial quality control peer reviews for which the firm has consistently received ratings of pass with no further reviewer recommendations.

The Firm’s executive practitioner, Mr. Oscar H Gamez CPA, is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles and also obtained a substantial portion of his experience while employed for over 11 years by national and regional accounting firms in Los Angeles.

Our primary focus is to provide audit services and other attest engagements for organizations such as:

FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS AND FREE CLINICS: Receiving funding under §330 of the Public Health Service Act; receiving FQHC cost reimbursements for medical services provided; receiving other fee for service reimbursements from granting agencies; receiving sliding-fee-scale payments from low-income patients.

PUBLIC HOUSING CORPORATIONS AND TENANTS ASSOCIATIONS: Providing affordable housing to qualified tenants under certain sections of the National Housing Act and receiving §8 housing assistance payments for qualified tenants.

FOSTER FAMILY AGENCIES: Providing children foster care and adoption services funded under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act.

RESIDENTIAL CARE AGENCIES: Providing residential care to incapacitated individuals and receiving reimbursements under the California Lanterman Developmental Services Act.

OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: Other audit, review, attest and management consulting services.

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS: Reviews of financial statements for the construction industry prepared on the percentage-of –completion basis utilizing the cost-to-cost methodology.
